PinScout is made by Saurabh Pagrut, an independent developer in India.

It started with a familiar problem: a phone shows "not deliverable to your pincode", and the only way to find out where it can go is to type pincode after pincode into the store's delivery box. PinScout does that typing for you, in your own browser, and stops at the nearest place it can be delivered.

I build small, free tools that run on your device and collect nothing:

• PinScout: finds where an out-of-stock or undeliverable product can be delivered in India.
